Catherine qualified in Northern Ireland 1984 as a RGN.

Her background is general nursing, experience and training in Adult ICU /CCU where she has worked in Northern Ireland, Dublin, the Middle East and Australia.

She began working in primary care in Dublin and completed her practice nurse course in the college of surgeons Dublin.

She joined Bayview Family Practice in 2005. During this time she has obtained Diploma’s in Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Asthma with spirometry training, Women’s health and cervical screening.

She enjoys the varied role of a practice nurse including chronic disease management clinics, ECG, vaccinations, women’s health, wound care and surgical procedures.
