I joined Bayview Family practice on returning to Donegal from New Zealand in 2006 after 11 years there.
Whilst in New Zealand I worked for Newtown Union Health Service which cared for low income familes and Maori and Pacific Islanders.
I also provided a GP/Midwife Obstetric service delivering babies at Wellington Public Hospital.
My post also provided medical care and screening services for Refugees coming to New Zealand and I was involved in the setting up Refugees as Survivors Centre addressing their Mental Health needs.
